1 How to Use

  • Printing :
    • Select the “HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e” on your computer. 
    • Choose your document or photo and click print.
    • Then, customize settings as needed.
  • Scanning :
    • Place the document on the scanner bed or in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
    • Select scan settings and start the scan.
  • Copying :
    • Place the document on the scanner bed or in the ADF.
    • Select the copy function on the touchscreen and adjust the settings. 
  • Faxing :
    • Load the document into the ADF.
    • Enter the fax number and select the fax function on the touchscreen to send.

2 How to Setup

  • Connect the power cord and plug it into the outlet
  • Press and hold the power button to turn on the 9125e printer
  • Install ink cartridges
  • Open the 250-sheet input tray
  • Adjust the paper guides and load the paper into the tray
  • Close the tray

3 Install Ink Cartridges

  • Open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Insert the cartridges into their respective slots. Close the door once installed.
